Calvary Christian

***Next Parent Teacher Fellowship Meeting: Monday, November 19, 2012 - 6:00 pm, 4th Floor***
Mission
The
mission of the PTF is to
support Calvary Christian Academy (CCA) and its philosophy, programs and
activities for the benefit of CCA students. To facilitate communication as well
as encourage and coordinate volunteerism; to foster a spirit of inclusion,
partnership and cooperation among the entire school community.
Purpose
Our purpose is to raise money for CCA needs, special programs of interest, and students; continually improve and enhance the quality of our school; and to be a positive public relations agency to our school community.
The PTF Board consists of the Members of the Board, PTF Chairpersons and the Principal. Current issues and future development of school policies and curriculum are discussed at Board meetings, as well as plans for upcoming PTF functions and events. The General PTF Meetings are open to all CCA parents. These meetings are the best forums for PTF Members to give their input in PTF matters. These meetings may also include performances by our outstanding students and other programs of general interest. We encourage all parents to attend and participate in these meetings. Currently, the Board meetings are held at the school Library on a monthly basis. General meetings are scheduled once a month at 6:00 PM on the 4th floor as follows:
